Eric Giraud-Telme, French Ambassador to Bahrain, congratulated four Bahraini doctors on obtaining the DELF B2 level, the French language diploma.
This comes within a joint programme between the two countries for student exchange, especially in the medical field.
For durations vary from 4 to 6 years, the doctors will carry out their specialization by being embedded in the most expert medical teams in French hospitals.
This programme is the fruit of a French-Bahraini MoU signed in 2019 during the visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to France.
Every year, hospitals in France, the French embassy, the Alliance Française and its medical partners in Bahrain contribute jointly to the success of this French-Bahraini medical cooperation.
Ambassador Giraud-Telme highlighted the importance of this cooperation, noting that the French hospitals stand ready to welcome Bahraini Doctors.
The Bahraini doctors, Dr. Shaikha Abdulrahman Saud Musameh (BDF), Dr. Noora Fathi Sulaibeekh (BDF), Dr. Mohamed Khalid Faqi (BDF) and Dr. Salman Khalid Hasan (KHUH) will learn and practice their medical specialization in the cities of Strasbourg, Marseille and Bordeaux.
The doctors will complete their specialization in Cardiovascular Medicine, Gynaecology-Obstetrics and Orthopaedic Surgery.
