Four Martyred, Dozens Wounded in Israeli Bombing of Deir Al Balah, Khan Yunis

Gaza City: Four Palestinians were martyred and dozens wounded Wednesday in Israeli bombing of the cities of Deir Al Balah and Khan Yunis in the Gaza Strip. Local sources said that Israeli warplanes targeted a group of Palestinians in the al Barakah area of Deir Al Balah in the central Gaza Strip, killing two of them and wounding others.

According to Qatar News Agency, an Israeli drone bombed a group of people west of Khan Yunis camp in the southern Gaza Strip, killing two Palestinians and wounding others. Several others were wounded in an Israeli drone strike that targeted the Al Amal neighborhood west of Khan Yunis, while Israeli warplanes launched two raids on the vicinity of the Qudaih neighborhood east of the town of Abasan Al Kabira, east of the city.

The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 51,000 martyrs and 116,343 wounded since October 7, 2023. On March 18, the Israeli occupation resumed its aggression on Gaza after a two-month pause under a ceasefire agreement that went into effect on January 19.

Over the course of the two-month period, the Israeli occupation has repeatedly violated the terms of the ceasefire and refused to implement the humanitarian protocol, tightening its stifling blockade on the Strip, which is experiencing an unprecedented humanitarian tragedy.
