Beirut, Four Syrians were killed on Thursday as Israeli occupation warplanes shelled a house of a displaced family in Chama town of South Lebanon. 'Four Syrians were martyred in the Israeli aggression on the house, and 5 Lebanese citizens, who were near the house, injured,' Lebanese Heath Ministry said in a statement.
