Paris: French Foreign Minister, Jean-Noel Barrot, on Monday, said that the European Union (EU) will respond to US President, Donald Trump's latest threats to impose tariffs on EU steel and aluminum imports into the US.
According to Qatar News Agency, Barrot stated in his remarks to the media that there is no hesitation when it comes to defending interests, emphasizing that the European Commission is prepared to react.
The French Foreign Minister highlighted that the EU responded to Trump's tariffs during his first term, and it will do so this time around.
