Doha, Shaikh Duaij bin Salman bin Duaij Al Khalifa, President of the Civil Service Bureau (CSB), participated in the 20th meeting of GCC Civil Service Ministers and Heads of Civil Service Authorities Committee in Qatar. The meeting reviewed the GCC's civil service and human resource strategy for 2021-2025 and the progress of completed and ongoing initiatives under this strategy. Key discussions included Qatar's initiative for joint training programmes across the GCC to strengthen national workforce skills and Bahrain's proposal to standardise human resource system licence costs across member states. The committee also considered initiatives for developing human resources, managing talent, and retaining skilled professionals.
