Gold Price in Qatar Market Rises by 4.34 Percent this Week

Doha: Gold prices in the Qatari market rose by 4.34 percent during the current week, reaching USD 4,795.19970 per ounce on Thursday, according to data released by Qatar National Bank.

According to Qatar News Agency, the bank's data showed that the price of gold per ounce increased from USD 4,595.65000 its level last Sunday.

At the same time, prices of other precious metals also rose on a weekly basis. Silver prices increased by 3.71 percent to USD 93.31400 per ounce, compared to USD 89.96960 at the beginning of the week, while platinum prices rose by 4.46 percent to reach USD 2,441.54000 per ounce, up from USD 2,337.20000 last Sunday.
