Doha: Officials at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) have hailed the graduation of the seventh batch of Police College cadets as a pivotal achievement, highlighting the significant efforts undertaken by the Police Academy. According to Qatar News Agency, HE Minister of State for Interior Affairs, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Faisal bin Mohammed Al-Thani, expressed immense pride in the graduation ceremony, noting the transformation of the Police College into an academy as a major milestone for the MOI. The establishment has, in a short span, developed police officers with high competence, ready to serve the community in numerous security and humanitarian capacities. The Minister emphasized that the graduates are well-prepared to undertake national duties and face challenges with courage and skill.
HE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Abdullah bin Khalaf bin Hattab Al Kaabi, underscored the alignment of this graduation with the Ministry's mission of achieving regional and international leadership in security. Additionally, Major General Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Assistant Undersecretary for Technical and Specialized Affairs, highlighted the importance of developing qualified security leaders as part of the Ministry's strategic objectives. The Academy's efforts in training and qualification have been prioritized to meet these goals.
Furthermore, Sheikh Nayef bin Faleh bin Saud Al-Thani, Assistant Undersecretary for Security Affairs, expressed pride in the Academy's curriculum development and its success in producing highly qualified police officers. He praised the leadership's support, particularly from HE Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, which bolsters the Academy's confidence in its outputs.
