Paris, Dr. Jaleela bin Al Sayed Jawad Hasan, Minister of Health, participated in the opening session of the 2nd edition of Vision Golfe Conference which touched on health challenges, held on June 4-5 in France. The minister said that Bahrain, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and with the support and follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has accomplished many achievements through adopting comprehensive strategies and plans that are consistent with the goals of sustainable development. She lauded the close Bahraini-French relations and cooperation, which reflect the Kingdom's vision of maintaining sustainable cooperation to achieve development and exchange expertise with various countries, particularly in the health sector. During the minister's participation in the round table on ways to address health care challenges in France and the GCC countries, she touched on topics concerned with developing health care systems, adapti ng to social changes, harnessing the power of technology, and working to develop a strategy to integrate these transformative technologies in healthcare systems.
