Paris, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Honorary President of the Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF), met with Ingmar De Vos, President of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI). The meeting, held in Paris on the sidelines of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, was attended by His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority (GSA), and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), along with Fares Mustafa Al Kooheji, Secretary General of the BOC. His Highness Shaikh Nasser underscored the commitment to fostering cooperation and coordination with the FEI to enhance equestrian sports. His Highness highlighted the Kingdom of Bahrain's significant dedication to these sports, which receives continuous support from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the government led b y His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. His Highness Shaikh Nasser said cooperation with the FEI will contribute to the continuous development of equestrian sports and the championships organised by the FEI. He praised De Vos for his efforts in this regard. During the meeting, His Highness and Ingmar De Vos reviewed the preparations for upcoming FEI championships, particularly the World Endurance Championship set to take place in France this September.
