HH the Amir tweeted Thursday that His Highness participated in the funeral of former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, hailing him as a friend of Qatar, who was keen during his tenure to develop bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
On this occasion, His Highness extended sincere condolences to the Government of Italy, and to the family and friends of the deceased.
