HH The Amir Oversees Graduation of Military College Cadets

Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani patronized the joint graduation ceremony of military colleges' cadets from Ahmed Bin Mohammed Military College, Al Zaeem Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al Attiya Air Academy, Mohammed Bin Ghanem Al Ghanem Naval Academy, and the Cyber Space Academy. The event took place at the Ahmed Bin Mohammed Military College premises.

According to Qatar News Agency, the ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Their Excellencies Sheikhs and Ministers, senior security and military leaders from several fraternal and friendly countries, and Heads of Diplomatic Missions along with military and security attaches accredited to the State. Senior officers from various national defense and security organizations, such as the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Interior, the Amiri Guard, the State Security Service, and the Lekhwiya Force, were also present, alongside other guests.

The ceremony commenced with the playing of the national anthem. The commander of the graduates' queue invited HH the Amir to inspect the lineup of 534 graduates from Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, Somalia, and Rwanda. Brigadier General Staff Ali Mohammad Al Fadala, Commander of Ahmed Bin Mohammed Military College, delivered a speech for the occasion.

His Highness the Amir honored the outstanding graduates, awarding the Sword of Honor to exceptional cadets and the parade commander. This was followed by a cadets' march and military parade. The ceremony concluded with the graduation proceedings, featuring the handover of the flag to the next batch of cadets. During the event, permission was requested from His Highness the Amir to present the flag of the Tamim bin Hamad University for Military and Technology Sciences, signifying its official inauguration.

The graduates concluded the ceremony by performing the college anthem and taking their oath.
