Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of condolence to HE Chairman of the Presidential Council of the sisterly State of Libya Dr. Mohamed Al Menfi on the passing of Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army Lieutenant General Mohammed Ali Al Haddad and those on board in a plane crash.

According to Qatar News Agency, the cable expressed HH the Amir's heartfelt condolences and sympathies to Dr. Mohamed Al Menfi, the Libyan government, and the families of the victims. The message emphasized solidarity with the Libyan people during this difficult time.
