Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent Thursday a cable of condolences to HE President of the Republic of the Philippines Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on the victims of the typhoon, floods and landslides that struck central Philippines, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.

According to Qatar News Agency, the message from HH the Amir expressed heartfelt sympathy for the tragic loss of life and destruction caused by the natural disasters. The communication underscored the strong bilateral relations between Qatar and the Philippines, highlighting Qatar's solidarity with the people of the Philippines during this challenging time.
