London: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani visited the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst on Wednesday. According to Qatar News Agency, HH the Amir was warmly received upon his arrival by HE Secretary of State for Defense of the United Kingdom John Healey, Commandant of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Major-General Nick Cowley, alongside numerous senior officers, military commanders, and officials. During the visit, HH the Amir received an in-depth explanation concerning the joint Qatari-UK squadron exercise. In addition to reviewing the exercise, HH the Amir engaged with several academics and Qatari cadets currently undergoing training at the academy. The visit also featured an impressive air show displaying the capabilities of various warplanes. Accompanying HH the Amir were several of Their Excellencies, members of the official delegation.
