Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received the credentials of seven new ambassadors at the Amiri Diwan Office on Sunday, marking a significant diplomatic event for the State of Qatar.
According to Qatar News Agency, the newly appointed ambassadors include HE Ambassador of Malaysia Mohammed Faizal Razali, HE Ambassador of the Republic of Mali Sidibe Dedeou Ousmane, HE Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador Milton Eduardo Omana Acevedo, HE Ambassador of the Republic of Panama Johnny Mayani, HE Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba Jose Enrique Enriquez Rodriguez, HE Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia Dikran Kevorkian, and HE Ambassador of Nepal Ramesh Chandra Paudel.
During the ceremony, HH the Amir extended a warm welcome to the new ambassadors, expressing his hopes for their success in their roles and for the continued growth and strengthening of relations between Qatar and their respective countries.
The ambassadors conveyed greetings from their countries' leaders and expressed wishes for further progress and prosperity for the people of Qatar. An official reception ceremony was held for the ambassadors upon their arrival at the Amiri Diwan.
