Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received the credentials of six new ambassadors at his Amiri Diwan office, marking a significant moment in Qatar's diplomatic engagements.
According to Qatar News Agency, the new ambassadors include HE Ambassador of Japan Naoto Hisajima, HE Ambassador of the Republic of Costa Rica Juan Carlos Esquivel, HE Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Aamer, HE Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines Mardomel Celo D. Melicor, HE Ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Roshan Sithara Khan Azard, and HE Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan Adish Mammadov.
HH the Amir extended a warm welcome to the new ambassadors, expressing his hopes for their successful tenure and the strengthening of bilateral relations between Qatar and their respective countries. In response, the ambassadors conveyed greetings from their countries' leaders and expressed wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the people of Qatar.
