Doha: HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of condolences to HH Amir of the sisterly State of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, on the passing of Najiyah Ahmed, the widow of Sheikh Khalid Salman Hamoud Mohammed Al-Salman Al-Sabah.

According to Qatar News Agency, the cable was sent as a gesture of solidarity and support to the leadership and people of Kuwait during this time of mourning. The message expressed heartfelt sympathies and prayers for the family of the deceased.
