Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (74) of 2024, appointing a Chief Executive Officer at the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, based on a proposal from the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet. Article I Ebrahim Mohammed Abul shall be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Article II The Prime Minister shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
