HE President of the Saudi Human Rights Commission (HRC), Hala bint Mazyad Al Tuwaijri, met Wednesday in Riyadh with HE Chairperson of the National Human Rights Committee and Chairperson of the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions, Maryam bint Abdullah Al Attiyah. They discussed efforts to sign a memorandum of understanding to exchange expertise, best practices, cooperation and joint coordination to organize training courses and conferences on the most important topics related to human rights in the Gulf and the Arab region. Al Attiyah gave a detailed presentation on the bodies at the United Nations House in the State of Qatar, and extended an invitation to visit those offices and work on coordinating future cooperation with them in the context of their development and humanitarian work beyond Qatar.
