Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, arrived today in Brussels, the Kingdom of Belgium, to attend the EU-Gulf Cooperation Council Summit. His Royal Highness will lead the Kingdom of Bahrain's delegation at the Summit on behalf of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Upon arrival, His Royal Highness was received by the EU Special Representative for the Gulf region, Luigi Di Maio and the Head of the Delegation of GCC to the European Union, Fahad Sagar Al-Jaimaz. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister was accompanied by an official delegation, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Minister of Legal Affairs, HE Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, the Minister of Sustainable Development, HE Noor bint Ali Al-Khulaif, the Minister of Industry and Commerce, HE Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Belgium and Head of its Mission to the European Union (EU), Abdullah Faisal Jabr Al Dosari, and several other senior officials.
