Gaza - Ma'an - Deputy Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Mohammed al-Hindi, revealed that Israel sent envoys to the movement's leadership to conclude a bilateral prisoner exchange deal without Hamas. Al-Hindi added, "Netanyahu sent an envoy from the United Nations to negotiate with the Islamic Jihad movement on a prisoner exchange deal without Hamas."
