Manama, Dr. Ramzan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, the Minister of Information, said that the directives outlined in His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's speech during the inauguration of the third session of the sixth legislative term provide a national framework that will guide the efforts of the executive and legislative authorities in the coming period. The minister welcomed HM the King's directive to conduct a comprehensive study on strengthening Bahraini identity, ensuring a balance between openness and national security. He noted that this reflects HM the King's commitment to preserving and reinforcing the national identity in all areas. He said that the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, prioritises enhancing and solidifying the national identity and will work as a unified team to implement HM's directives. He noted that national identity is a key safeguard, essential for upholding unity and fostering social awareness. He add ed that Bahrain's progress under HM's leadership is rooted in pride in its identity and the reinforcement of core values, which are vital for maintaining the nation's unity and cohesion.
