General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Interior Minister, received the newly appointed Interior Ministry’s Directors-General by a Royal decree by His Majesty the King.
Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan, Chief of Public Security, and Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Interior Ministry Undersecretary, attended.
The minister congratulated them on obtaining the Royal trust, wishing them the best in performing their new duties and serving the nation.
He stressed the importance of efficiency and sincerity to reinforce security and stability, and hailed national competencies and expertise in providing advanced security services.
The newly appointed officials expressed their thanks to the Interior Minister, expressing their honour to take up their new responsibilities.
