Al-Khalil: The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested 26 Palestinian civilians in Al-Khalil in the West Bank today.

According to Qatar News Agency, the IOF stormed several neighborhoods in Beit Amer town, north of Al-Khalil, during which they raided and searched dozens of homes, destroyed owners' furniture and belongings, and arrested 19 Palestinians.

The IOF also arrested seven other Palestinians, including a college student, in Beit Awa town, southwest Al-Khalil.

The arrests in the West Bank have escalated since the beginning of the genocide that the Israeli occupation has been committing against the Gaza Strip in 2023, as they constitute Israel's collective punishment policy, which is the occupation's most prominent tool against Palestinians in the West Bank.
