Dublin: HE President of the Republic of Ireland Michael Daniel Higgins has received, through a remote ceremony, the credentials of HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Thani as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar (non-resident) to Ireland.
According to Qatar News Agency, during the virtual presentation, HE the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HE the President of Ireland, expressing His Highness's wishes for good health and happiness for the President, alongside hopes for continuous progress and prosperity for the government and people of Ireland.
In response, HE the President of Ireland extended his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing him good health and happiness, and expressed his hopes for the continued progress and prosperity of the State of Qatar.
