Hermel:Six people were injured in an Israeli drone strike in eastern Lebanon on Thursday, as reported by Lebanese authorities.

According to Qatar News Agency, the attack occurred near the town of Hawsh Al Sayyid Ali in the Hermel district. The Lebanese Health Ministry stated that the injured include five Syrian nationals, among them two women, and one Lebanese national.

Lebanon’s National News Agency detailed that the strike targeted a vehicle in the area. Despite a US-brokered framework agreement signed in June between Lebanon and Israel, which involves the Lebanese army’s gradual deployment and the withdrawal of Israeli forces, along with reconstruction and economic recovery efforts, Israeli attacks on southern Lebanon have persisted, according to officials and observers.
