Nablus: Israeli occupation forces Saturday arrested four Palestinians from Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Israeli forces raided the city of Nablus, storming several residential buildings and shops in Rafidia area, where they arrested two individuals. Additionally, they raided Al-Masaken Al-Shaabia area, broke into a house, and arrested its owner.
The Israeli forces also detained a young man during their incursion into the village of Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya, south of Nablus. Local sources indicated that a 28-year-old man was arrested after the forces stormed his home and ransacked its contents.
Furthermore, Israeli soldiers broke into the homes of the detainee's siblings and relatives, tampering with their belongings.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces continued their assault on the city of Tulkarm and its refugee camp for the 27th consecutive day, as well as on Nour Shams camp for the 14th day, with military reinforcements, raids on homes, and vandalizing their contents.
WAFA reported that the occupation forces sent military reinforcements to the city and its camps, deploying vehicles and soldiers in the streets and neighborhoods. They focused their activities on Nablus Street, which connects Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, obstructing the movement of vehicles and people, stopping them, and subjecting them to searches and investigations.
The occupation forces also set up military checkpoints across various streets and intersections in the city, particularly in Nablus Street, Shuweika Square, and near Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital. They stopped citizens' vehicles, searched them, and examined the IDs of passengers, subjecting them to abuse and physical assault.
The Israeli aggression on Tulkarm and its camps has caused extensive damage to infrastructure and property, leading to power, water, and communication outages, and forcibly displaced over 16,000 people, including approximately 11,000 from Tulkarm camp and around 5,500 from Nour Shams camp.
