Israeli Forces Cause Multiple Casualties Across Gaza Strip

Gaza City: Several Palestinians, including children, were martyred and others were injured Monday morning by Israeli gunfire and shelling across the Gaza Strip. Medical sources confirmed the martyrdom of two Palestinian fishermen and the disappearance of a third after Israeli naval forces opened fire on their boat off the coast of Gaza City.

According to Qatar News Agency, in southern Gaza, three Palestinians were martyred and at least 20 others were injured while waiting for humanitarian aid near the Al-'Alam area west of Rafah. This location had previously been targeted by Israeli forces, affecting civilians gathering for food assistance. Clashes and bombardments were also reported in eastern Gaza City, particularly in the neighborhoods of Al-Tuffah, Al-Zaytoun, and Al-Shuja'iya. In these areas, as well as in surroundings near Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, artillery and sniper fire caused several injuries.

Further north, ten civilians were wounded as Israeli forces opened fire on crowds waiting for aid distribution west of Beit Lahia, amid ongoing heavy shelling of the area's northwestern outskirts. Meanwhile, the occupation forces continue to commit massacres against those waiting for aid, who face the daily risk of death due to random gunfire and direct targeting. Since the implementation of the Israeli aid distribution point mechanism in May, the number of martyrs has exceeded 200, with dozens more injured.
