Israeli Forces Extend Operations into Northern Quneitra Villages

Quneitra: The Israeli occupation forces renewed their incursion into Syrian territory on Monday. The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported that the occupying forces had entered several villages in the northern Quneitra countryside and conducted searches among the citizens.

According to Qatar News Agency, an occupation force consisting of three military vehicles advanced from the Al Hamidiya point towards the village of Al Samdaniya Al Sharqiya. They established a checkpoint between the town of Jaba and the village of Umm Batna, where they proceeded to search citizens.

Earlier today, the incursion extended into the villages of Bir Ajam and Bariqa Al Qadima in the southern countryside of Quneitra, as well as the area between the villages of Ma'ariya and Abidin in the western countryside of Daraa.

The Israeli occupation forces have been criticized for their ongoing aggressive policies and continued violations of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through their incursions into southern Syria and attacks on civilians. Syria has persistently demanded the withdrawal of occupation forces from its territory, urging the international community to assume its responsibilities, deter the occupation's practices, and compel a complete withdrawal from southern Syria, returning to the terms set out in the 1974 Disengagement Agreement.
