Gaza: The death toll from the ongoing Israeli onslaught on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has reached 53,901, with 122,593 individuals injured.

According to Qatar News Agency, hospitals across the enclave have reported receiving 79 martyrs, five of whom were recovered from beneath the rubble, along with 211 wounded individuals over the past 24 hours. The Ministry of Health in Gaza conveyed this information in a statement released on Saturday.

The statement emphasized that these figures do not include data from hospitals in the northern Gaza governorate, as access to these areas remains impossible due to the continuous Israeli military actions. The Ministry of Health also highlighted that since March 18, a total of 3,747 martyrs and 10,552 wounded have been documented. Numerous victims remain trapped under bombed-out buildings and lie in the streets, unreachable by paramedics and civil defense rescuers.
