Israeli War on Gaza: Casualty Toll Hits 71,548 Dead, 171,353 Injured

Gaza: The casualty toll of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has soared to 71,548 fatalities and 171,353 injuries. The Gaza Health Ministry reported these figures on Saturday, highlighting the ongoing impact of the conflict on the region's population.

According to Qatar News Agency, over the past 24 hours, the Strip's hospitals have received the body of one martyr, along with 6 injured individuals. The Health Ministry further noted that since the ceasefire agreement on October 11, the death toll has risen to 464, with 1,275 others wounded, indicating persistent violence despite the ceasefire.

The Ministry also announced the death of a 27-day-old infant due to the extreme cold in Khan Younis, located in the southern Gaza Strip. This incident underscores the severe humanitarian conditions faced by residents in the conflict-affected areas.
