Gaza: The death toll from the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip has risen to 72,032, with 171,661 injured since Oct. 7, 2023.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip reported that hospitals in the enclave had received five bodies of deceased Palestinians and ten injuries over the past 24 hours. Several victims are still trapped under the rubble and on the streets, and paramedics and civil defense rescuers have been unable to reach them.

The fatalities since the ceasefire last October have increased to 581, with injuries reaching 1,553. Additionally, 717 bodies have been recovered from under the rubble, as per the ministry's report.

A ceasefire between the Hamas movement and Israel was established last October following the withdrawal of Israeli forces from densely populated areas across the Strip. However, Israeli assaults on Gaza and its residents continue.
