Jerusalem - Ma'an - The Jerusalem District Electricity Company participated in the CIGRE Network Conference in Paris, where Eng. Ibrahim Kiriakos presented a scientific paper on sustainability, renewable energy, and rationalization of energy consumption. Eng. Ibrahim presented the company's achievements in these areas, and discussed practical applications and study models that enhance sustainability and contribute to rationalizing energy consumption. Eng. Dana Binoura also participated with a scientific paper on smart meters, and discussed them as a means of rationalizing energy consumption and sustainability. The International Council for Large Electric Networks (CIGRE) is a non-profit organization founded in 1921, focused on advancing knowledge in the field of electric power, exchanging knowledge among experts, and promoting international cooperation to improve the performance and efficiency of electric networks. The participation of Jerusalem Electricity Company representatives in international confere nces aims to exchange experiences and enhance cooperation with our partners to keep pace with technological development with the aim of enhancing the future of sustainable energy in Palestine, and developing the company's services in all concession areas.
