Jordan: Jordan's Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi has held talks in Amman with his Bosnian counterpart, Elmedin Konakovic, focusing on bilateral relations and key regional issues.
According to Qatar News Agency, the two ministers discussed ways to strengthen ties between Jordan and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as recent developments in the Middle East.
The talks addressed the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories, with both sides stressing the need to consolidate the ceasefire in Gaza and ensure full implementation of the agreement. They also underlined the importance of allowing sufficient and sustained humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
Safadi and Konakovic also reviewed the latest developments in Syria, discussing efforts to support the Syrian government in rebuilding the country on foundations that preserve Syria's unity, security, sovereignty, and stability, while safeguarding the rights and safety of its citizens.
The Bosnian foreign minister is currently on an official visit to Jordan.
