Amman, Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, during a phone call on Friday with his US counterpart Antony Blinken, discussed efforts to reach a ceasefire in Gaza and the entry of sufficient aid to the Strip, in addition to other topics of mutual interest. Safadi, during the call, Safadi emphasized the necessity of opening all borders for the admission of supplies to address the humanitarian crisis brought on by the conflict, highlighting the necessity of ending Israel's assault on Gaza, and warning about the disastrous outcomes of an Israeli ground offensive against Rafah.
