Jordanian Foreign Minister, Ayman Al Safadi, spoke by phone, on Tuesday, with the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, to discuss the steps required to de-escalate the dangerous situation in the region. Both sides discussed de-escalation and achieving full pacification to prevent the situation from being plunged into an all-out regional war. Al Safadi stressed that ceasing the Israeli aggression on Gaza and ending the catastrophe that engulfs the enclave is the first step toward ending the tension and escalation which imperil regional and global security and peace. He underscored the importance of halting the unlawful Israeli steps in the West Bank that undermine all opportunities for just and comprehensive peace. (QNA) Source: Qatar News Agency
