Amman: King Abdullah II of Jordan engaged in a phone conversation with President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan on Wednesday, focusing on the serious escalation's repercussions on regional stability.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the call, King Abdullah II underscored the importance of halting Iranian attacks on Arab nations. He advocated for the use of diplomacy and dialogue as means to resolve ongoing disputes in the region. Furthermore, the Jordanian monarch assured that Jordan will persist in taking all necessary actions to safeguard its security, sovereignty, and the well-being of its citizens.
