Jordan's Foreign Minister Ayman Al Safadi discussed, in a phone call Monday, with his Saudi counterpart Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank. The two ministers touched on the dangerous Israeli escalation in the occupied West Bank, and called for the international community and the Security Council to take action to provide the necessary protection for the Palestinian people and stop Israeli violations. They also stressed the continuation of coordination and consultation in efforts to stop the Israeli aggression on Gaza and deliver sufficient and sustainable aid to the Strip, and protect the region from the consequences of the aggression.
