Amman: HM King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan met in Amman with HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting began with HE Prime Minister conveying HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani's greetings to HM King Abdullah II, along with wishes for good health and happiness for the King and continued prosperity for the people of Jordan.

HM King Abdullah II reciprocated by sending his greetings to HH the Amir, expressing his own wishes for the Amir's good health and happiness, as well as for further development and growth for the people of Qatar.

The discussions during the meeting focused on ways to enhance and support bilateral cooperation between Jordan and Qatar, as well as addressing various matters of shared interest between the two nations.
