Doha: HE Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ibrahim bin Ali Al Mohannadi has issued a decision appointing the members of the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee. The decision outlines the formation of a committee chaired by Amer Saeed AlGhafri, who is also the Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for Real Estate Registration and Documentation Affairs. Serving as Vice-Chairman is Mohammed Hassan Al Rumaihi, Director of the Real Estate Registration Department.
According to Qatar News Agency, the committee also includes Mohammed Ahmed Al Nuaimi from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Khalid Hassan Al Mahshadi from the Ministry of Justice, Tariq Juma Al Tamimi from the Ministry of Municipality, Rashid Hamad Al Athba from the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Manaa Ibrahim Al Manaa, representing real estate brokers.
Amer Saeed Al Ghafri stated that the formation of the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee is a significant step in regulating the real estate sector and improving its practices. He emphasized that the committee will not only fulfill its specific roles but also strive to develop the real estate work environment, enhance the efficiency of real estate brokers, increase transparency, and protect the rights of all parties. These efforts aim to support the growth of the real estate sector, aligning with Qatar National Vision 2030 and the country's economic diversification plans.
