Amman: Jordan's King Abdullah II held a phone call with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, to discuss strengthening cooperation between Jordan and the European Union, as well as the comprehensive strategic partnership agreement between the two sides.
According to Qatar News Agency, the conversation also touched on key regional developments. The Jordanian monarch emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts to end the war in Gaza and maintaining coordination between Arab nations and the EU to achieve a just and comprehensive peace based on the two-state solution.
