Kuwait Bourse Closes Higher on Tuesday with Gains in All Share and Premier Market Indices

Kuwait city: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Tuesday as the All Share Index gained 42.02 points to reach 8,904.80 points, an increase of 0.46 percent. As many as 466.16 million shares valued at KWD 116.2 million (roughly USD 354.4 million) were traded via 28,251 transactions.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 11.97 points to reach 8,505.60 points, up by 0.14 percent, through 261.4 million shares done via 18,458 transactions valued at KWD 50.3 million (roughly USD 153.4 million).

The Premier Market Index gained 50.29 points to reach 9,444.38 points, up by 0.54 percent, through 204.7 million shares done via 9,793 transactions valued at KWD 65.9 million (roughly USD 200.9 million).

Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index lost 18.45 points to reach 8,763.89 points, down by 0.21 percent, through stock volume of 193.6 million shares done in 10,532 deals at a value of KWD 35.3 million (roughly USD 107.6 million).
