Kuwait City: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Sunday as the All Share Index gained 39.31 points to reach 7,823.98 points, an increase of 0.50 percent. As many as 546.8 million shares valued at KWD 110.2 million (roughly USD 339.4 million) were traded via 20,311 transactions.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 4.19 points to reach 7,260.84 points, an increase of 0.06 percent, through 384.6 million shares done via 12,465 transactions valued at KWD 55.11 million (roughly USD 169.7 million).
The Premier Market Index saw a rise of 50.51 points to reach 8,351.11, up by 0.61 percent, through 162.18 million shares done via 7,846 transactions valued at KWD 55.11 million (roughly USD 169.7 million).
Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index experienced a decline, losing 13.49 points to settle at 7,281.15 points, a decrease of 0.19 percent. This was through a stock volume of 324.4 million shares conducted in 8,929 deals at a value of KWD 47.7 million (roughly USD 146.9 million).
