Kuwait city: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Monday as the All Share Index gained 37.56 points to reach 8,642.66 points, an increase of 0.44 percent. As many as 151.9 million shares valued at KWD 52.5 million (roughly USD 160 million) were traded via 15,880 transactions.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 43.39 points to reach 7,964.68 points, up by 0.55 percent, through 65.8 million shares done via 6,598 transactions valued at KWD 12.2 million (roughly USD 37.2 million).

The Premier Market Index gained 38.23 points to reach 9,235.19 points, up by 0.42 percent, through 86 million shares done via 9,282 transactions valued at KWD 40.2 million (roughly USD 122.6 million).

Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index went down by 13.82 points to reach 8,391.28 points, down by 0.16 percent, through stock volume of 53 million shares done in 5,789 deals at a value of KWD 10.16 million (roughly USD 31 million).
