Kuwait Stock Exchange closed today as the all share index gained 20.43 points to reach 7,156.71 points, an increase of 0.29 percent 493.8 million shares worth KWD 77.6 million (roughly USD 236.6 million) were traded via 24161 deals. The Main Market Index rose by 41.04 points to reach 6,317.72 points through 401.5 million shares done via 16764 deals ,worth KWD 48.2 million (roughly USD 147 million). The Premier Market Index went up by 15.95 points to reach 7,724.67 points, through 92.3 million shares done via 7,397 deals, worth KWD 29.3 million (roughly USD 89.3 million). Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 index gained around 57.46 points to reach 6,211.31 points through trading 300.3 million shares via 11716 deals, worth 36 million dinars (roughly USD 109.8 million).
