Kuwait: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Thursday as the All Share Index gained 45.06 points to reach 8,661.58 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, as many as 216.5 million shares valued at KWD 60.6 million (roughly USD 197.2 million) were traded via 17,688 transactions. The Main Market Index increased by 65.74 points to reach 8,843.17 points, marking an increase of 0.75 percent, with 122.5 million shares exchanged through 8,278 transactions valued at KWD 18.5 million (roughly USD 60.2 million).

Meanwhile, the Premier Market Index gained 43 points to reach 9,072.46 points, up by 0.48 percent. This was achieved through 94 million shares exchanged via 9,410 transactions, with a total value of KWD 42.1 million (roughly USD 137 million).

The Bourse Main 50 Index also saw an increase, gaining 16.68 points to reach 10,117.34 points, rising by 0.17 percent. This was facilitated by a stock volume of 95.8 million shares executed in 6,765 deals, valued at KWD 14.4 million (roughly USD 46.8 million).
