Kuwait city: Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al Yahya met with UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, who is visiting Kuwait, to discuss bilateral relations and explore ways to strengthen and develop them in various fields.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the meeting addressed issues of mutual interest and examined the latest regional and international developments. The discussions focused on enhancing cooperation and coordination between the two countries to consolidate security and stability in the region.
The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry further noted that following the discussions, the sixth session of the Kuwait-UAE Joint Higher Committee was convened, chaired by the foreign ministers of both nations. During this session, several agreements and memoranda of understanding were signed, marking a step forward in bilateral cooperation.
