Kuwait city: The price of Kuwaiti oil rose to USD 69.07 per barrel in trading on Friday, compared with USD 68.54 per barrel in trading last Thursday.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation announced that the price of Kuwaiti crude increased by USD 0.53 per barrel. In global markets, Brent crude futures experienced an increase of USD 0.10, reaching USD 71.76 per barrel. Conversely, US West Texas Intermediate crude futures saw a slight decrease of USD 0.04, settling at USD 66.39 per barrel.
