Barcelona: Barcelona returned to the top of La Liga on Sunday with a 3-0 home victory over Real Oviedo in the 21st round of the Spanish league. Dani Olmo, Raphinha and Lamine Yamal scored for the Catalan side in the 52nd, 57th and 73rd minutes, respectively.
According to Qatar News Agency, the win helped Barcelona bounce back from a 2-1 loss to Real Sociedad in the previous round, lifting their tally to 52 points and putting them one point clear of rivals Real Madrid. Madrid had briefly moved into first place after defeating Villarreal 2-0 on Saturday.
Real Oviedo, meanwhile, remained rooted to the bottom of the standings in 20th place with 13 points.
In another match, Atletico Madrid extended their unbeaten run to five games with a 3-0 win over visiting Mallorca. The goals came from Sweden's Alexander Sorloth in the 22nd minute, an own goal by David Lopez in the 75th, and substitute Thiago Almada of Argentina in the 87th. Atletico moved up to third place with 44 points, while Mallorca stayed 16th with 21 points.
