Elsewhere in the league, Levante cruised past Girona with a 4-0 win, Sevilla edged Alaves 2-1, and Villarreal defeated Osasuna by the same scoreline. Sunday's fixtures will wrap up the round with Rayo Vallecano hosting Celta Vigo, Real Mallorca facing Atletico Madrid, and Elche taking on Real Oviedo.
